James, Principal and owner of Century 21 Metro One Ryde, co-acquired the business in early 2016 with a vision to establish a leading, high-service agency in the Ryde area.

With over 15 years of real estate expertise, James brings a wealth of experience, including tenure with a major franchise group and most recently as a Sales Executive at the renowned project-marketing firm, CBRE.

As both a property investor and business owner, James possesses a unique perspective on client needs and prioritises forging long-term relationships. His extensive background in residential projects and property trading, coupled with a keen understanding of value-adding strategies, empowers James to offer practical insights across all real estate transactions.

James holds a Bachelor of Business / Commerce (Property) and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, exemplifying his commitment to professional excellence in the field.
